Sundays - 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Fees: $96.00/month or $345.00/Jan-Apr

There are processing fees with Zone 4.

Informal Group Swims: Workout provided using Discord

 Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's, 6:00 am - 7:00 am at the Aquatic Center for group swims. 

Groups rides will commence once again spring 2025!

There are no group runs at the moment. Check back in January 2025

Alternatively, the Prince George Road Runners have numerous options available for comradery while running.
